Vermont Studio where Fraglets are painted

Fraglets® Art is a product of Cook & Cadeaux LLC, a small woman-owned business in Vermont dedicated to promoting  "Art for the Healthy Spirit" through the development of products, offering workshops and artist residencies, and providing professional consultation services for those interested in developing arts in healthcare programs.

We are proud that we can say Fraglets® Art is made in Vermont. Local artists, students, and people with special physical, health, or mental needs are employed to assist with the production.

Every Fraglet is hand-painted, cut, and assembled in my studio at the Tip Top Media and Arts Center in White River Jct., Vermont. In addition to making Fraglets®, I provide professional consultation for organizations desiring to implement the arts in health programs, and am constantly creating new ideas for helping people reconnect to their artistic side. Cook & Cadeaux LLC is owned and operated by Kathy Cadow Parsonnet, a Vermont artist and health professional with over 30 years' experience working with people of all abilities and disabilities, developing programs that meet the needs of people facing health issues, and using the arts to engage others in the joy of creation and self-expression.
