Care Fraglets are waterproof and can be gently cleansed. They are designed to be thin enough to be easily cut with scissors, but strong enough to withstand reasonable handling. Avoid tearing or creasing them. Fraglets may, on occasion, become slightly bent if left in a layered position for a long period of time, in which case, they may not "stick" as well. If this happens, simply place them on a smooth metal surface and leave them there for a day or so, and the piece will straighten out. Safety Fraglets are painted with artist-quality acrylic paints and mediums, made in the U.S. or in Europe. All artist materials used conform to ATSM Standards, and are deemed non-hazardous to health. Ingestion of any of the Fraglets™ pieces is considered unsafe; although the magnetic strength of the pieces is much weaker than the rare-earth magnets referred to in the Consumer Product Safety Commission warning about the dangers of magnets in young children, ingestion may cause potential harm. For this reason, Fraglets Art is not considered suitable for young children. Care must also be taken with adults with cognitive impairment, who may inadvertently put them in their mouths. The magnetic properties of Fraglets are weak, and do not pose a threat to computers, other electronic devices, or pacemakers. We wouldn't recommend putting them up against your credit cards, however.
